Bringing my babies to work was never an option for me,
as I worked as a nurse on a busy high-risk OB unit,
where you never knew when you would need to push a
guerney down to the OR at top speed...working nights
was our solution. Husband had Monday to Friday job
(although his hours were flexible); I worked 2 12-hour
night shifts every weekend (Friday and Saturday
nights) and he cared for the little ones while I
worked and slept. I pumped at work so both got EBM
while we were apart from one another. Tag-team
parenting was not always easy or fun, but it worked
for us, and for the kids, for about 3 1/2 years.

I do know one lady whose youngest (of four children)
would NEVER take bottle, sippy cup, etc. When Mom was
away, Dad fed Baby EBM with a straw, dipping it into
the EBM, blocking the end of the straw with a finger,
then dribbling milk into Baby's mouth...it was the
only way Baby would take anything (except from the
breast, of course!). According to Mom, it was hard,
but it worked.
