I have noticed, that as the pressure to stop formula-sample diaper bags from
being given by hospitals increased, the formula companies found other ways
to get their products to pregnant and new moms. Now many OB and Ped offices
give out these "gifts" to their patients. I wonder if we can truly ever
stop these unethical marketing practices, or if they just will go
underground and be even more difficult to counteract.

I am especially dismayed by OB offices giving formula to pregnant women.
The OB does not have responsibility for the baby after it is born. What
other specialty gives samples and information to treat people who do not
come to that office and are the responsibility of another doctor?!?
