And then there are the LC's who I refer to all the time. The ones out there
in the hospitals in my area who work their butts off - who choose to deal
with the politics and ridiculousness in order to help moms. I know they are
frustrated - I know that there are some in my area who are burning out. I
dread the day they finally stop. There are those LC's who refer out to the
Private Practice LC's so that moms can have more one on one care, and those
who recognize when they are above their heads and have no issues referring
out to someone who knows more about whatever situation it is so that the mom
and baby get the help they need. There are the really cool ones who call to
confer about challenging cases knowing that they don't have all the answers
and have no problems asking for help. These are the LC's who give us a good
name.

We do have some really good LC's here.In my frustration last night I forgot
to remember them.so I am correcting that now. I should have done this last
night.I apologize to the good LC's in my area for that.

Warmly,

Jaye
