This mom could also point out to the day care providers that urine and feces
are body fluids -- one's that can be infective!  Especially the feces.  They
have to deal with those every day, unless they never change diapers.  Breast
milk is anti-infective!!

On the other hand, the mom could just bring in bottles and tell them it is
formula.  Are they going to do a laboratory analysis????

Finally, cows' milk formula is a "body fluid" also -- the body in question
just happens to be bovine, instead of human.
