How old is the youngest?

Is she having any other symptoms to indicate yeast might be a problem?
Did the MD actually do a microscope smear?

I presume she has tried the usual tricks of extra lubrication, allowing
plenty of time for foreplay, etc?

Has the MD considered the possibility of prescribing some topical estrogen
cream?

These are the only thoughts that I have off the top of my head.
