Hi Everyone.  I am hoping some of you can respond to me off list with
newspaper article links in your city about World Breastfeeding Week.  I
was so happy to work with our Mayor to have WBW declared in our city.
We took a photo, signed a formal proclamation, and submitted to the
paper.  I emailed the paper due to not having the photo and paragraph
(not even a full article - a PARAGRAPH) run as of yet.  To which I
received the response that it is not newsworthy.  Thus, I am busy
writing a letter to the editor about just how important breastfeeding is
to our public/national health and how a public proclamation by the Mayor
is indeed newsworthy.  So, I am hoping to include in the letter to the
editor many links to many papers across the US re: WBW.  I am so
disappointed and frustrated.  On the plus side, the local television
news will be running an interview with me tonight.
