I agree. I just have to believe that a "natural" diet would provide the right
balance of nutrients. I'm willing to be a test case. I'm a vegetarian and I
eat very little dairy. I rely on whole grains, beans, legumes, vegetables,
fruits and nuts for everything. I don't take calcium supplements. We know
that on a high-protein diet the body expells calcium. So far I've had few
health problems. I really believe that I can avoid osteoporosis. Marilee
