    I would add teen mom, poor socio-economic background, or closely
spaced pregnancies.
    I teach moms that they don't need to eat a perfect diet, just to eat
smart with plenty of whole grain products, protein foods, and fruits and
veggies; and to drink fluids so she does not feel thirsty.
