Have you queried her on her amount of caffiene intake.

One of our babies mothers has been having great difficulty in
pumping/expressing breastmilk only getting minute amounts(1ml was what she
obtained the other night) after 20odd days.On questioning her about her
fluid intake,eating habits etc  Coke type drinks were consumed in large
quanitity.
Explained to her how caffiene caused milk suppreesion if drank excessively.

Just had this thought while getting ready to go out to the library for
information on my daughter's homework on the heart.
