My personal experience:

1st son 1984 14 months (my age at birth - 19)

2nd son 1994 38 months (my age at birth - 28)

3rd son 1997 54 months (my age at birth - 31)

Last boy remembers BF and is happy to share that that memory. He tells
mommies they should consider letting their babies nurse as long as he did
because we have such a close relationship. The moms then see it every week
at mommy group with him sitting in my lap giving me hugs and kisses.
Seriously - he does this - at 11 yrs! :-) I personally love it (when I am
not feeling touched out.) :-)
