more familiar with dosages of various rx. What do you consider a  "mid-potency 
topical steroid"? >>
 
I'm not Mandy, but a  mid-potency topical steroid would be something like 
hydrocortisone 2.5%, only  available by prescription.  0.5 and 1% are 
available over the  counter.
