I also don't know of any conferences, but Breastfeeding Annual International
has a wonderful chapter on the topic by our very own Kathleen Auerbach, PhD,
IBCLC, It is called "Nursing the Adopted Child: Induced Lactation and
Relactation." As editor of the book, I am pleased to say it is one of my
favorite chapters!
