They have a host of support people appear for the first weeks with their
new baby.  One of the ones listed is a lactation specialist.>

Ooh....It's supposed to be an adopted baby....maybe we will induce
lactation so Dharma can breastfeed!  The season opener was VERY positive
about birth.  When faced with Greg's parents saying, "She's (speaking of
the check-out girl from the grocery store) in labor, get her to the
hospital."  Both Dharma and her mother said "Why, she's not sick?"  They
delivered her in the bathtub in Dharma & Greg's apartment.
