I know we arent' supposed to do this and I was going
to ask Jack privately, but then read Pat Gima's
article on thrush........  so I need the reassurance
of the masses.  :-)

Benno is 10 weeks and appears to have an ear
infection.  he hasn't slept for 2  nights and hasn't
been nursing well.  there's a prescription waiting for
him at the pharmacy, but I'm *terrified* that he'll
get thrush.  How often do little ones actually get
thrush after a course of antibiotics- I'm assuming
amoxicillan, but Benno was screaming when I talked ot
the physician this morning and I didn't really hear.

what is my/his risk factor here?  He's only been
nursing well once or twice/day and has been deeply
unhappy.
