We are looking to finally get away from paper gift certificates and move on to a gift card system. A science center - who would think...:)

We have three different POS systems in house (ticketing, store, café) that we want to include so that patrons could use their gift cards in any one of those locations. We seem to have found one or two gift card providers that might work for us (PaymenTech and Givex). Who else is using gift cards in their museum and what has been your experience? Are you using it for multiple venues in your building? And which provider are you using?
