Does anyone know if the Dell ST2220T 21.5-inch Multi-Touch Full HD  
Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor will work as a touchscreen with a Mac? I  
know that the multi-touch features are Windows 7 specific, but what  
about the basic touchscreen functions? Any suggestions for other  
affordable Mac-friendly touchscreens?
