ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

This is intended as a general posting to the ASTC list but I am sending it
remotely so my apologies in advance if I have messed it up:

We recently completed a major project with LEGO (which actually has ended up
as the world's largest permanent installation of LEGO bricks at mini-figure
scale) and have started preliminary discussions with them about creating a
traveling exhibit of fully animated life-sized dinosaurs made of LEGOs. There
would be several groupings offered varying in size from the largest at about
15,000 square feet to perhaps 2,500 square feet. Each grouping would have
extensive supplementary educational materials. I have volunteered to ask the
list if there would be any interest in bringing such a display to your
institutions. Right now this is just a "blue-sky" project with no commitments
made, but if you could respond with any level of interest or questions, I
would appreciate it.

Thanks, and Happy Holidays to all!
