ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************

The Avampato Discovery Museum in Charleston, WV is conducting an
informal survey of museums to learn about the types of identification
(wristbands, metal tags, stickers, tickets, other), if any, you provide
to visitors so that staff can easily identify guests as being members or
as having purchased admission.

Please help us out by answering the questions below and briefly stating
any pros and cons of your current id method, as well as info on past
methods used, and other methods you may have considered.

1. Do you use any method of identification?

2. What type(s) of id do you use?

3. Do you change the color, text, date of the id (by day, month,
exhibit, other)?

4. What is the name of the vendor you use to purchase your id?

If you'd like to know the results of this survey, add a note saying so
with your feedback and we'll pass along the information we receive.
