ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Because you have a relatively small space, I suggest you contact two science
centers, the Pacific Science Center and OMSI. Both have extensive outreach
programs, which include mobile exhibits, that is, relatively small exhibit units
that are low-maintenance and can be set up and taken down easily. The
exhibit units could be easily adapted for use in a small exhibit space. For
example, the Pacific Science Center has an exhibit called Blood and Guts that
features over 30 interactive units on the body and human health. I have helped set
the exhibit up at a number of community festivals for Latino families -- the
exhibits are very popular and seem effective. You may find information on their
outreach exhibits on their respective websites: www.pacsci.org & www.omsi.edu
