Hello Barbara,

At the Jamesburg Earth Station, we have numerous "Panic Buttons"  that we call "Emergency Stop Buttons".
They are located in a lot of places, so that any one around the dish when it is moving can stop it moving if necessary as an emergency response.  If you google 'Emergency Stop Button" you will find a ton of types and vendors...
