We are asking ourselves how much we want to push online bookings for
school groups.  I realize the value for a teacher to talk to a real
person on the phone, and that some questions can only be answered by an
individual, and not by a phone line, or website.

 

My questions are:  What trends do you all see for booking school groups
online?  How much of your group booking process is available online?
What feedback have teachers given for an online booking format?

 

Any input is greatly appreciated.
