You can purchase your own button press and make them yourself.  The machines are pretty easy to use and the supplies would be an upfront investment.  At that point you just need to design and print them as needed.  The advantage of this is that you only make what you need and don't have to have them made in large lots.

I couldn't tell you who makes the better machines but others on the list might chime in on that.
