Maybe not exhibitions per se, but Snibbe Interactive makes some great interactive projections screens.  One of the social walls/screens has multiple squares with separate images for each square...all within the screen projection.  Link below for the Shadow Mosaic.

Can anyone point me to exhibitions that incorporate a large number of screens (up to 20) arrayed to do a multi-media show that is sometimes a large single image and sometimes different images on each monitor?
