We are looking for a few creative presenters for our session at ASTC, San
Jose entitled:

“BEST DAMN THINGS WE’VE EVER DONE, PERIOD: (Part II, the sequel: “Wins &
Flops in Events, Marketing, Programs and Exhibits”

Conference Book Description:
“Your enthusiasm last year brought us back with tons of new ideas!
Come grab the secrets of success:
· Cheap exhibit ideas that became “hits”
· Fundraisers that earned vats of “moolah”
· Marketing & events that had ‘em breaking down the doors
Take back truckloads of “useful-tomorrow” ideas
Fun, organized, high energy!

We are looking for a creative panel. We have done this once ... and now
we're looking for an even better ... fun, creative, organized and meaningful
presentation!

If you are planning to attend the ASTC Conference ... and you would like to
submit an idea/s to present with us ... toss us an outline.

Each person will have anywhere from 4 to 8 minutes, depending on how the
panel distills down.

Think:
What are the best damned things you've ever done in the area of museum
events, marketing, programs, or exhibits? You can present one or two great ideas in
some detail or a fast bunch of 5-6 great ideas. You decide.

Your name will be called ... and you will run down the red carpet in the
center of the room … from the door of the session to the podium ... you will belt
out your ideas ... show a few slides with Powerpoint, and you will be asked
include a brief description of each idea for our group handout. You will be
giving your “best of the best” ... in few minutes. It will be fast, furious,
content rich, meaningful, and high energy.

We always have a good time! This week we are in the process of selecting a
team. If you are interested in being part of the team ... send us a few
sentences on each idea that you would like to present. Time is flushing on! Our
deadline to submit our panel is March 31st!

If you have a friend who enjoys having fun in front of an audience ... and
has done some creative museum work, please forward to message on to him/her.

We look forward to hearing from you!
