ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

How do you define a successful exhibit experience? How do you determine if
your visitors are having successful exhibit interactions? Do you look at
dwell time, visitor conversations, what they remember, or something all
together different?

I would like to do a session at ASTC 2004 on assessing the success of
visitor interactions with exhibits and would like to put together a panel
that examines the topic from different perspectives. If you, or someone you
know, are doing work in this area and would interested in presenting in San
Jose, please contact me off-list with a description of how you approach the
questions above.

Thanks,

Scott Randol
