Hi all,
Massachusetts has  implemented new science components for its high 
stakes test (as many of you're states have) around engineering, 
design and technology.  Most of the teachers I see are very vocal 
about their feelings of frustration and inadequacy to address this 
material.  The problem is, I can't submit a grant based solely on 
anecdotal evidence (despite the quantity!) so I wonder if any of you 
have ever seen anything written documenting this.  State or national 
are both fine.
