Dear Colin,

This may or may not be what you are looking for, but I developed an Evolution activity guide for 9th and 10th graders at the Honolulu Zoo. The activity guide is available online at
http://www.honzoosoc.org/teacher_resource_center.htm
The activity guide is called Evidence for Evolution. Also, the activity guide for 6th to 8th grade might be of interest for you, it is called Who's related to whom? These activity guide were meant as a means of providing visiting school groups with a means of conducting self-guided, curriculum-related tours.

Hope this helps. Good luck,

Marianne Mortensen

I'm interesting in finding good examples of self-guided tours, treasure hunts, or other
interactive scheme that are available on web sites at museums, zoos, or science centers.
I'd be especially interested in any guides that attempt to teach visitors about evolution. Or,
if you have nothing for me...I'd be equally interested in views on how best to construct one.
Thanks in advance for anyone with 2 cents on the topic.

In a releted vein, has anyone put together audio tours as mp3s available on web sites, for
visitors to load on their iPods before they arrive?
