SCIENCE MUSEUM OF MINNESOTA UNVEILS “FUTURE FRONTIES MARS” HD PROGRAM

The Science Museum of Minnesota and TWIST Films have completed the first phase of "Mars Future Frontiers" A 25 minute high definition feature program for immediate release to museums. 

This piece is shot entirely in high definition, and is available in HD, DVD, and Dome Original Format for use in digital planetariums. 

This piece is a continuation of the 10 minute piece which premiered at ASTC in November, 2003. The story begins before launch and concludes with the successful landing of both rovers. It includes the start of the science mission and the first high definition video pictures ever from another planet. The piece is a human interest story that focuses on the people behind the mission. The story is told through candid moments with scientist and engineers, without voice over narration. It is a moving piece that will leave your visitors informed, inspired, and proud.

A number of museums are currently showing this program to enthusiastic audiences, as this amazing mission continues to unfold. If your institution is interested in having this film as early as this weekend January 31st, please contact Joel Halvorson.
