Be sure to look at the work of Dirk vom Lehn and his colleagues at
the Work Interaction Technology Group at King's College London. He
definitely looks at the interactions among strangers in museums. -

Subject: Visitor Collaboration

Hi all,
I am conducting a literature review with the Research Deptartment at the
Museum of Science in Boston on visitor collaboration in museums. We are
interested to know what other museums have done to successfully bring
strangers together on exhibit floors.
