ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Pacific Science Center has done some of this. With their science circus
program that used to put up tented exhibits at fairs and mall parking lots.
There is a funny story about a liquid nitrogen show coming over the drive
through speakers at a nearby McDonalds. (check your wireless mic
frequencies) You could contact Denis Schatz or Felicia Mafia. I don't know
if they are still doing it anymore.
