ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Just finished a project for the Meadow's Museum that included a UV
exhibit (UV is one of the tools that can be used for forensic
analysis of a painting).

Ended up doing a fair amount of research and thought I'd share two
sources for lamps - one the duct tape version, the other gold plated.

For inexpeinsive, coated fluorescent tubes:

The Phillips brand were actually recommended by the company that
makes the Cadillac version.

This latter site is chock full of good information and Mr. Newsome
was very helpful, even though we went with the cheap coated tubes (it
fit our budget and it did what we wanted).

I offer these contacts because it took a few hours to research and
find the solution; maybe you won't have to reinvent the wheel.

And Paul, you may want to add to your very excellent resource lists.
