I am looking for information and specific resources on past and present
exhibits that use/d micro or nano technology as a part of the exhibits
theme. Exhibits that contain insight in Semiconductor, Micro Electro
Mechanical Systems (MEMS) of Nano Technology are of particular interest
while we begin to explore the development of a traveling exhibit to
contain these themes. Thank you and Best Regards,
