ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Sounds interesting. Yes, the site requires a password, etc. for
non-members. Your link is fragmented, so that it's not possible to click
on it and get to the desired site. It's best to enclose longish links by
<>, as here <http://www.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/full/316/5827/996>.
I'll take a look in our local community college library.
