Thanks Jamie, this is very much appreciated. I'm actually familiar with many of the network building projects and have worked on a few myself. But do you know of any that specifically had members of one museum visiting other museums in some sort of mentor role (for example, to view their exhibits and provide suggestions)? A real one-on-one, carefully paired mentorship relationship (vs. travel to a lead museum for PD workshops and/or online/virtual advice forums) is what I'm really looking for.

Otherwise, I will continue to search the resources you suggest!

Thanks again,

Dan

Hi Dan,

Going off the listserv for a moment here to back up Trevor, Meena and Becki's replies with examples from informalscience.org as a content source when searching for such stuff.

Best

Greetings Everyone!

I'm looking for the award titles of any NSF-funded projects that had science centers or museums acting as mentors to other centers/museums as a key component of the project. I know they are out there, and I've found a few, but the search has been tedious via the NSF website. Thus, I thought some of you might know of a few good ones just off the top of your heads. If you think you can help, I will greatly appreciate any information you can provide.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Dan
