Explore! Ice Worlds is a suite of hands-on inquiry activities designed
to be used with children ages 8 to 13 in the library, afterschool or
museum learning environment. Activities use inexpensive materials that
are easy to find. Children will learn while having fun! Check out the

Free Online Training!
If you are an informal educator interested in joining us for free online
training for Explore Ice Worlds, please contact Katy Buckaloo

Training occurs in either one 4 hour session or over three separate
one-and-a-half hour sessions, spaced a week apart. Trainings take place
on:
*	Mondays November 3, 10, and 17 at 2:00 Eastern / 1:00 Central /
12:00 Mountain / 11:00 Pacific (1.5 hours each) 
*	Tuesday January 13 at 1:00 Eastern / 12:00 Central / 11:00
Mountain / 10:00 Pacific (4 hours total) 
*	Thursdays January 8, 15, and 22, 2009 at 2:00 Eastern / 1:00
Central / 12:00 Mountain / 11:00 Pacific (1.5 hours each) 
*	Tuesdays February 10, 17, and 24, 2009 at 3:00 Eastern / 2:00
Central / 1:00 Mountain / 12:00 Pacific (1.5 hours each) 
*	Thursday February 12, 2009 at 1:00 Eastern / 12:00 Central /
11:00 Mountain / 10:00 Pacific (4 hours total)
