INFORMAL SCIENCE POLICE SEEKS DEPUTY SHERIFF

I am in the early  stages of planning a new project, the Informal Science  
Police (ISP)  and am in search of a Deputy Sheriff for the project.  We are   
proposing to serve as the self-appointed enforcers in the field.  It  is  
clear that 
evaluators can't make the changes happen, so we are  going to do it  for sure.
