AISL (Advancing Informal STEM Learning) is the new name of NSF's solicitation that used to be called ISE (Informal Science Education). You can find the solicitation at: http://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2012/nsf12560/nsf12560.htm?org=NSF <http://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2012/nsf12560/nsf12560.htm?org=NSF> . The reason for the change in name is given in the first few pages of the solicitation.
