I registered for the conference in August and you charged my Amwx card
$409 on August 27. Then, in September, I underwent surgery to remove a
malignant brain tumor. I notified ASTC by email that I had to cancel my
conference registration and requested a refund of my $409. But as of my
October 5 Amex statement, I have yet to receive any credit from ASTC.

Since I canceled my registration in plenty of time, I expect a full credit
for my registration fee. Please tell me when I can expect your credit of
$409 or your check for this amount.
