Ari -

The MA in Museum Studies at the University of Kansas has tracks in different subject areas. One track is geology. I graduated from the program a few years ago (not in the geology track), and understood that track to be very strong. Feel free to email me off list for more info.

Subject: Museum Studies (And Dual Masters)

Does anyone have a complete (or more complete) list of universities

that offer a museum studies program (other than the one on the AAMG

site)?

I am especially interested in programs which try to emphasize science

institutions, as opposed to generally being about art and/or history.

Additionally, I was wondering if any of the universities offer dual

masters, as I know, for instance, that UW has an interdisciplinary

program that allows students to specialize in museology and their

other course of study. I ask because I'm hoping to study geology as

well as museology.

Thanks sincerely,

Ari Einbinder
