I found what I was looking for. It's in the second hour of the broadcast of 
3/25/2005 and the topic was language restoration. A group of panelists 
participated in the show from the Utah Science & Literature Symposium, taking 
place in Salt Lake City that week. See

and artists on the panel participate. At least once during the discussion a 
panelist talks about the collaboration of science and art.
