Hello Jonah,
Science Centre Singapore <http://www.science.edu.sg/Pages/SCBHome.aspx> has
a batch of exhibits about Water. They are currently producing 3 new ones
from a design round we hosted on the topic in 2010. You can see the project
ideas listed on the right side of the page at
http://www.thetechvirtual.org/requests/water

If you would be interested in posting your own Request to brainstorm the
ideas for the "freshwater ecosystem and human use" focus of your exhibits,
any museum can do so at http://www.thetechvirtual.org/requests
