My advice would be to avoid the extra hassle of a 'toy' microscope/camera
that only has a USB connection, requiring use of a PC.

For any student/lab microscope it is possible to attach a camera with a
'composite video' output that simply connects directly to the little round
yellow connector on most projectors and video monitors. Special cameras are
sold for this, or alternatively you can buy (from specialist microscope
dealers) an eyepiece-adaptor of a specific size to fit the
lens-filter-thread of most video camcorders. These give very good image
quality, have at least one kind of 'video-out' connection and you can also
make microscopic movies.

If you buy a slightly more expensive microscope with a separate camera-tube,
the eyepiece(s) can be used at the same time as the camera.

In the UK I recommend http://www.brunelmicroscopes.co.uk/
