If you are looking for something simple you can go to the local suppliers of restaurant equipment.  Give them a drawing and specifications and maybe talk about what they can do in the way of details. Just emphasize that it is for a museum setting and that they need to be good about eliminating ALL sharp edges and burrs.  I did this for a small CM here in TX.
