Dear ISEN Members,



I am conducting a summative evaluation for an online professional 
development site for informal learning practitioners. Information about 
awareness of this site and the career patterns of users and non-users is 
very important in providing a clear picture of its effectiveness. The survey 
has been tested and timed and will take between 3 to 7 minutes.



Information from this survey may not directly benefit you, but it will add 
to the growing body of information about professional development in 
informal learning. Everyone who completes the survey and provides a name and 
email will be placed in a drawing for four $25 gift certificates to 
Amazon.com.



Names and emails will not be used in association with your responses. They 
will only be use to communicate about the award of gift certificates. All 
responses will be confidential and information will be used only in 
aggregate.
