Once the egg is in the bottle, put your mouth over the entire mouth of the
bottle (a 1 gallon apple juice bottle with a mouth close to the size of
the egg works well), and blow really hard into the bottle.  You'll
increase the air pressure inside the bottle.  Move your mouth quickly away
from the mouth of the bottle and the extra air pressure will push the egg
out of the bottle with a nice "plop".  Fun thing is to not eat the egg.
