I know we are all knee deep in planning our trips to the great southwest but did you know the proposals for 2014 are due Oct 31?!!!

Anyone want to put together a proposal for the North Carolina ASTC on either

1. Cool and low cost summer camps

2. Innovative models of teacher PD
