We have been in the same situation and are talking to our lawyers.  We have just signed up with Active Network's Thriva program.  Although we haven't begun setting up the registration, we are very pleased with them so far.

We've been using a company for online registration, memberships, donations, 
etc that is having serious financial difficulties. It's been a great program for us 
for the last 5 years, but it's time to see what else is out there.

It would be great to have a solution that does more than summer camp 
registration, but that is our priority as it has eliminated a tremendous amount 
of work for us in collecting and managing camper records, etc.

Any suggestions of companies who provide online registration and organization 
management software would be greatly appreciated. It see there have been 
some similar requests, but I haven't seen any replies.
