There is plenty of data from 2006 and before, but you will want more recent 
data. There has been a huge shift in awareness since Al Gore's "An 
Inconvenient Truth" brought it to such public attention that the media and 
even the White House felt like they had to respond...

Folks who likely have recent data are:

The Biodiversity Project - http://www.biodiversityproject.org
Mathis Wackernagel's Global Footprint Network - 
http://www.footprintnetwork.org

Wackernagel is the original author of the Ecological Footprint concept.
