Funny you should mention that, I was just thinking about the ketchup 
fiasco and Dr. Seuss...I do know that there are studies within the 
restaurant and design trades on what colors are good for eating venues - 
yellow makes people nauseated, dark red signaling quasiVictorian 
fanciness, etc.
