Subject: Exhibit Evaluation-- based on identifying stages of visitor engagement

ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

I am trying to track down information for an exhibit evaluation model that was presented at last year's World Science Centre Congress in Canada. If you are familiar with this model, and where to find more detailed information on the protocol for it, please let me know. I am especially interested in identifying the session's presenters.

Here are some of the incomplete notes that I have from the conference, which do not identify the exact session:
* The model includes three stages: Initiation stage, Transition stage, Breakthrough stage
* The protocol includes a staff observation check list. The results are converted to a graph from visual assessment and recommendations for improvement are made, implemented, and monitored for effectiveness.

Thanks,
Heather
